Integrating Google Analytics For Your Website

Google Analytics is a free tool that helps you understand your website users, including who they are, how they interact with your site, and their path to becoming customers. Setting up Google Analytics allows you to track valuable data to improve your online presence.

How to Create a Google Analytics Account:

Start by signing in to your Google Account, then visit Google Analytics and click Get Started. Create a recognizable account name, choose your data-sharing settings, and select Web as the property type. Fill in your website details, click Create, and accept the terms to set up your account.

Connecting Your Website to Google Analytics:

To connect your website, you need to embed a tracking code from Google Analytics. For users of website builders like Create, this is made easy: log in, go to Content, then Site Information, and find the Google Analytics tab. Click the Connect To Google! button, which will automatically link your Analytics account to your site. Remember to save and publish your changes.
Once connected, Google Analytics will start collecting data, though it may take up to 24 hours for reports to appear. If you encounter issues, it might be due to a new Google Analytics property type, so refer to Google’s help guide for further instructions.
