Engagement and Development FAQs
We ensure full legal and professional clarity through formal documentation. Typically, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your business information, followed by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) to establish general terms of collaboration. Each individual engagement is governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) detailing project scope, timelines, deliverables, pricing, and responsibilities.
Yes. While most of our work is delivered remotely to ensure cost efficiency, we can provide on site resources when required. This may be during discovery workshops, go live events, user training sessions, or when a physical presence adds value. On site engagements are subject to prior agreement based on location and duration.
We follow a collaborative and transparent project management approach. You will receive regular updates through platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Jira, or Azure DevOps. Weekly review meetings, sprint demos, and milestone summaries are shared. A dedicated project manager will be your single point of contact for all updates.

If the client proceeds with the full project, this amount is adjusted against the final project cost. If not, it is treated as a standalone cost for the discovery and planning activity.
