Byb Program 2023
Build your buddy is an employee referal program from Woro. This program puts employees at the center of the hiring process and empowers them to bring their friends and relatives for employment opportunities and helps in focusing on supporting first-time job seekers and those with long career breaks who want to get into the IT field.
When an employee refers a candidate the company provides them with an email ID, all required resources, and a seat in their office. The candidate then comes and sits with everyone else and gets trained for three months. The responsibility of getting them trained and coached is with the employee who referred them.
This is the highlight of the By program: You don't just refer, you help your buddy to build the required skills.At the end of the three month period, Woro evaluates the candidate and inducts them for employment if satisfied.
